We are seeking a full-time Assistant Professor of Nursing to join our faculty at Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, NY. This on-site role involves teaching nursing courses, mentoring students, designing and implementing course curriculum, and participating in academic research and program development. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the nursing program's mission and goals, participating in faculty committees, and fostering an environment of academic excellence and professional growth in accordance with the university's values.

• A strong foundation in Nursing Education, with experience in teaching nursing courses and developing curriculum.
• Effective communication and mentorship skills to inspire and support students in their academic and professional growth.
• Ability to contribute to academic research and scholarly activity in the nursing field.
• Proficiency in collaboration and working as part of a faculty team to support program and institutional goals.
• Current and unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license; a doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• Commitment to integrating faith, service, and academic excellence in a higher education setting.
• Familiarity with nursing simulation and technology-based learning is an asset.
• Experience or interest in mentoring diverse student populations, including first-generation college students.
