As the Wealth Advisor/Sales Manager, you will serve as a dedicated fiduciary for our clients and the primary architect of our firm's expansion. You will lead the expansion of or firm from a successful practice into a robust, multi-service organization, managing a diverse book of business through holistic planning while driving our strategic growth phase. In this role, you will align our long-term vision with daily execution, mentoring the advisory team and optimizing processes to lead our mission of reaching $100 million in annual production by 2030.

Qualifications
5 years in the Financial Services industry, with at least 3 years in an advisory, leadership of sales management role.
Series 65 is mandatory. CFP or ChFC designations are highly preferred. Active Life and Health Insurance licenses mandatory.
Expert-level knowledge of Retirement Analyzer and Retail CRM preferred.
Proven track record of managing a book of business while scaling a department.
Exceptional ability to simplify complex financial concepts to both clients and future junior advisors.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
