HVAC Maintenance Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:
- Perform HVAC maintenance jobs daily
- Perform basic repairs
- Add refrigerant to HVAC systems as needed
- Maintain strong customer service, strong positive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.
- Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment and preventative maintenance measures
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design & diagnosis.
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
Who you are:
- 3 Years HVAC service/maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
