Position Summary:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our chiropractor and enhancing the patient experience. From front desk responsibilities to assisting with therapies, your role is vital to ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist the chiropractor with patient therapies (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Handle patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Educate patients on services, wellness plans, and exercises
- Process payments and insurance verifications (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Bilingual skills of Spanish and English are preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness office
- CPR certification
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Background check completed within the past year
