- Summary
- The Sales Service Coordinator provides critical support to the Account Managers for the brief to win process. Facilitates timely delivery of samples, pricing and documentation. Resolves issues that arise during the brief to win process.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Account Managers and FDL, FAL & Regulatory
- Draft/Input project briefs with accurate and complete information
- Manage projects to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
- Prepare pricing to achieve desired Gross profit margins
- Coordinate sample letters and labels for project shipments
- Ensure timely communications with internal and external customers
- Assist in Regulatory request and closures
- Participate in customer visits and project tastings
- Perform various administrative duties as needed
- Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of the quality management systems.
- Position Requirements
- Required :
- Associate degree or 2 years of Industry Experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Preferred :
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years sales service/customer service experience (flavor Industry)
- Oracle experience

Salary : $62,195 - $74,605
