The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned design/build POD cleanroom projects from project conception early stages to closeout. This role oversees day‑to‑day project execution, including coordination of engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and site activities. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and documentation requirements, while escalating complex issues as appropriate. This role is with a manufacturing company and is based onsite in College Station, Texas.
Education and Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science, Architecture, or a related field
- Project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments
- Experience supporting or managing projects involving cleanroom design, regulated facilities, or complex technical systems is preferred
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling and materials planning
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction methods
- Strong knowledge of procurement, estimating, and forecasting
- Experience working with manufacturing-based technologies and processes
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and pharmaceutical cleanroom environments is highly preferred
- Strong skills in project management, planning, and logistics
- Strong people management and cross-functional coordination skills
