HR Manager
A premier professional services organization is seeking an HR Manager to join its growing team. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with the Head of HR to oversee key HR functions across the employee lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and organizational success. This position is based in based in Las Vegas and offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.
About the HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR, Recruitment, and Training & Development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and HR strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee employee onboarding, HR training, compliance programs, and performance review processes.
- Manage employee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual open enrollment.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, ADA, FMLA, and leave of absence management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and documentation.
- Oversee HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, and HR data integrity, while supporting continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience across employee relations, workplace investigations, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance (FMLA & ADA experience are both essential), and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Paycom, ADP, or Workday.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience supporting a multi-state or national workforce is highly desirable.
