RM Global Health is a growing platform of specialized medical communications agencies supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies as they bring new therapies to market. Our agencies-HealthCare Alliance Group LLC (HCA), Epic Engagements LLC, and Transcend Medical Communications LLC-deliver scientific communications, medical affairs, KOL engagement, congress strategy, and launch support across the product lifecycle.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Director, Client Growth & Partnerships with a true hunter’s mentality-someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline, and converting opportunity into growth. This is a front-line business development role responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic client relationships across RM Global Health’s medical communications agencies. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable creating momentum in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Identify, pursue, and close new business with biotech and pharmaceutical clients
· Own outbound prospecting, networking, and conference engagement
· Lead pitch presentations, capability overviews, and BD discussions
· Develop proposals, scopes of work, pricing, and RFP/RFI responses
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and meet annual revenue targets
· Expand existing client relationships through consultative selling
What We’re Looking For
· 5 years of business development or client growth experience in medical communications, life sciences consulting, or a related environment
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
· Strong understanding of biotech/pharma commercialization and medical affairs
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in high-growth environments
Preferred Experience:
· Winning new logos in biotech and/or pharma
· Selling scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, congress strategy, or KOL programs
· Experience working across multiple agency brands or internal teams
