Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming medical receptionist to join our team!
As the medical receptionist at our busy pediatric office, you will be the one of the first point of contact for our patients and their families. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, check insurances.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Insurance checking and computer literacy a must
- Provide exceptional customer service and have the ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
