We are looking for an experienced Worker’s Compensation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing workers' compensation claims across the country, collaborating with third-party administrators and field teams to ensure effective claims management. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in workers' compensation processes and a strong understanding of related regulations.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with third-party administrators (TPAs) to oversee workers' compensation claims nationwide, ensuring proper claims handling and settlement processes.• Partner with field operations teams to collect necessary documentation to support investigations and claim adjustments.• Assist with claims-related reporting, exposure analysis, certificate of insurance management, and invoice processing.• Monitor workers' compensation analytics to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and implement strategies to improve claims handling.• Review reserve amounts and settlement proposals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.• Develop and maintain processes that enhance the quality of workers' compensation file management.• Provide guidance and support on workers' compensation-related inquiries and compliance matters.
