Workday Integration Lead

We are seeking a Senior Integrations Lead – Workday Payroll to support a business transformation and payroll system transition. This role will serve as the North America lead for Workday Payroll integrations, partnering closely with HRIS, Payroll, and a global integrations team based in Poland. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior professional who can independently own integrations end-to-end in a controlled Workday environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Payroll integrations for North America, with some support for general Workday integrations.
• Own integrations end-to-end, including requirements gathering, functional design, technical coordination, testing, deployment, and HyperCare.
• Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to support annual benefits provider changes and ongoing local payroll needs.
• Act as the primary NA liaison to the Poland-based integrations team, collaborating on solutioning and technical discussions.
• Operate effectively with limited backend Workday access, leveraging reporting and technical teams as needed.
• Support train-the-trainer and change management efforts.
• Participate in intake and process improvements, including potential ServiceNow ticketing transition support.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Workday integrations experience, with hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll (North America).
• Proven experience delivering payroll and benefits integrations.
• Ability to independently manage the full integration lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience supporting North America payroll operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP ERP touchpoints (e.g., SAP FICO).
• Exposure to ServiceNow ticketing processes.
• Experience with UKG for Time, Workforce Management, or Absence.
• Power BI or reporting collaboration experience.
• Experience working in global, follow-the-sun models.
