Warranty Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In this role, you will support the warranty department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service during warranty claims. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Enter warranty-related data into BuildPro software accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to warranty claims.

• Create and manage warranty tickets to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

• Maintain organized office files to streamline administrative tasks and ensure easy access to information.

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for warranty claims to facilitate smooth operations.

• Order, update, and distribute construction forms as needed to support team processes.

• Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
• Strong ability to answer inbound calls and deliver attentive customer service.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tasks.
• Familiarity with construction industry processes and documentation is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including BuildPro.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
