Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Treasury Specialist to join our client in Columbus, Ohio. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on treasury operations and transaction management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail to their daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transactional activities, including book transfers, wire transfers, and organizational transactions.

• Conduct thorough research to resolve issues and ensure accuracy in treasury operations.

• Assist with annual processes related to opening and closing bank accounts.

• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the treasury mailbox to ensure timely communication.

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the treasury management system, Kyriba.

• Collaborate across multiple banking systems to ensure seamless execution of treasury tasks.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while managing sensitive financial information.

• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain organization and efficiency in all treasury-related activities.

• Proven experience in treasury operations or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in using treasury management systems, particularly Kyriba.
• Familiarity with wire transfers, book transfers, and general banking processes.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills to address transactional issues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Understanding of KYC processes and business banking procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
