Trademark Attorney

Robert Half is seeking a Licensed Attorney with expertise in U.S. trademark registration to support the launch of 2 new tech products that have not yet been trademarked.

Pay Rate: $100 / hour

Duration: 1 Month

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate product names and branding for trademark eligibility.
• Conduct clearance searches and confirm appropriate wordmarks.
• Determine and assign correct trademark classes for each product.
• Prepare and submit trademark applications.
• Provide legal support throughout the registration process, including responses to office actions if needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Requirements:'

• Barred in any US Jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in trademark registration
• No specific industry experience required, but familiarity with tech or software products is a plus.
• Must be able to guide the client through the end-to-end trademark process.
• Ideal candidate – attorney level but is open to paralegal with the right knowledge
