Responsibilities:
• Monitor security alerts and analyze incidents to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security issues effectively.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track, document, and manage security incidents.
• Apply foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including phishing, endpoint protection, and mobile security.
• Conduct basic networking tasks to support security operations.
• Provide proactive support to ensure the integrity and privacy of data.
• Work with managed solutions and tools to enhance security measures.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions related to security concerns.
• Certification or recent graduation in a tech-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and other teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience or familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as phishing, mobile security, and endpoint protection.
• Exposure to managed solutions and tools is advantageous.
