What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Center Administrator position at Robert Half?
Responsibilities:
• Greet test candidates upon arrival and confirm their identification to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor candidates throughout their exams to uphold testing integrity and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures to ensure proper operations.
• Safeguard testing materials and the test center environment to prevent misconduct.
• Assist candidates with fingerprint scanning and digital processing, if applicable.
• Report any irregularities or occurrences outside company guidelines to the appropriate personnel.
• Represent the company’s values and mission by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of conduct.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements, including the possibility of evening and weekend shifts.
• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in receptionist, clerical, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as document scanning and identity verification.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including Saturdays and occasional evening hours.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing administrative duties.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a structured environment.
