Teller/Head Teller

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Administrator to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for long-term employment, where you will play a vital role in supporting loan operations and delivering excellent customer service within a respected banking organization. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the banking industry and eager to contribute to the success of both clients and the institution.

Responsibilities:
• Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to loan products and services, providing clear and helpful information.
• Monitor loan accounts to ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely loan processing.
• Review financial documents and verify data to support loan approval decisions.
• Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and update systems as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teller, cash handling or related roles.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in managing cash drawers and daily cash operations.

• Familiarity with the banking industry and financial products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Understanding of supervisory principles is a plus.
