• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation.
• Strong understanding of property tax regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles is a plus.
