Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical project within the retail industry, focusing on recruitment across multiple disciplines. As a Contract to potential long-term role, this position provides opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and negotiating offers.
• Recruit for specialized roles in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandise Planning, and Commercial Buying, while supporting leadership and field recruitment needs.
• Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to address immediate and future hiring needs.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods to identify top candidates across various disciplines.
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers by staying informed about industry trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and organizational goals.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to efficiently manage workflows and candidate data.
• Proven experience in corporate recruitment, with expertise in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandising Planning, and Commercial Buying.
• Familiarity with recruiting for leadership and field roles is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, combined with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Preferred ability to commute onsite daily or reside within the local area.
