Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is expanding their team by hiring a Recruiting Manager to be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process within an organization. This includes partnering with decision makers to develop job descriptions, sourcing candidates through innovative recruitment methods, ensuring an efficient and professional hiring process, and continuously enhancing the candidate experience.

Additionally, the Recruiting Manager executes new employee orientation and onboarding, manages internal transfers and promotions, and conducts 90-day check-ins with new hires and managers. Major duties include leading recruitment efforts, collaborating on job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing candidates, conducting prescreen interviews, coordinating interview schedules, assisting with job offers, maintaining candidate communication, and preparing offer letters. The role requires proven recruiting experience, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, communication and organizational skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven experience in corporate recruiting and managing recruitment processes in diverse industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with candidates and internal teams.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and deliver results within tight timelines.
