What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer position at Robert Half?
• Participate in the development and implementation of business information systems across key areas, including finance, sales, procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• Ensure seamless integration of information systems to support business operations effectively.
• Provide ongoing operational support for business information systems, addressing system-related issues and application requests from users.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems promptly.
• Document and summarize recurring operational incidents to establish a comprehensive system operations knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the team to standardize system operations processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions on system environment requirements, operational procedures, permission management, security protocols, and common troubleshooting methods.
• Offer guidance to business users to ensure effective utilization of information systems.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one SAP ERP module (e.g., FI/CO/SD/MM/PS) with the ability to configure systems based on business requirements.
• Strong operational skills in SAP ERP, capable of quickly diagnosing and resolving system issues related to functionality, data, permissions, and system environments.
• Familiar with business processes in finance, sales, procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
