Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure across Azure and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement secure and scalable infrastructure solutions for both Azure and on-premise environments.
• Manage and deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring modularity and security.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure changes effectively.
• Research and apply industry best practices to enhance infrastructure reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and share knowledge with team members to improve processes.
• Uphold high standards of integrity by seeking guidance when faced with uncertain tasks or risks.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure as code methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
• Solid understanding of on-premise infrastructure including networking, virtualization, and storage.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate with others.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational excellence and security best practices.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management tools, and certifications such as Azure Administrator or Terraform Associate.
