What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Robert Half?
Responsibilities:
• Apply and enforce document control procedures, standards, and numbering systems to ensure compliance and uniformity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of project documentation, including drawings, correspondence, and final deliverables.
• Maintain the integrity of project data within the Information Management System.
• Monitor document submission schedules and expedite delivery to meet project timelines.
• Facilitate proper handover of documentation to ensure operational readiness and adherence to project requirements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and contractor document control teams.
• Represent document management functions in project meetings and workshops.
• Oversee document quality checks, coding, routing, and distribution per project specifications.
• Update and maintain the Master Document Register while identifying and addressing data gaps.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Strong expertise in managing engineering documentation across various project roles.
• Proficiency in electronic document management systems and transmittal processes.
• Advanced knowledge of technical documentation types and related disciplines.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or large-scale industrial projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with onshore and offshore project environments is advantageous.
