Systems Administrator

Our client is hiring for a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and technical expertise looking to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You must have experience resolving complex system issues and collaborating with internal and external teams.

You will be responsible for proactively administering systems to ensure security and operational efficiency, designing and deploying solutions in partnership with various stakeholders, and delivering training to improve technical literacy across the organization. A key focus will be on maintaining the reliability of systems, analyzing event logs, and implementing improvements.

You should be someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is passionate about continuous improvement.

The role will require your expertise in PC hardware, software systems (e.g., M365), networking, system architecture, and troubleshooting, as well as your ability to train, educate, and build strong internal relationships.

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and business application software (e.g., M365).
• Experience working in regulated or complex organizations is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise system design, database structures, and networking.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under stress while maintaining professionalism.
