System Analyst

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This long-term contract position requires someone with strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing business needs, and the ability to translate them into efficient technical solutions.

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, support identity integrations, and bridge technical and business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with strong business analysis skills to ensure secure, seamless authentication across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
• Document system specifications, workflows, and configurations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.
• Create use cases, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
• Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Provide on-call support for critical authentication issues and act as point of contact during escalations.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SSO integrations, SAML configurations, and identity federation.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security protocols.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
• Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
