This is a direct hire, in-office role supporting small to mid-sized business clients across the local Reno area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying hands-on across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking, and who values working in a collaborative, team-oriented MSP environment.
As the System Administrator, you will:
- Administer and support Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
- Provide onsite and remote support for servers, desktops, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot networking issues including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity
- Implement IT projects and maintain security best practices (MFA, Conditional Access)
- Build strong relationships with local clients and document work consistently
The ideal candidate will have:
