In this role, you will lead procurement strategies for both direct and indirect categories, driving supplier optimization, cost efficiencies, and compliance with industry regulations.This position offers a great opportunity to bring your expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration to an organization focused on delivering measurable value and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across direct categories (e.g., APIs, packaging) and indirect categories (e.g., transportation, laboratory supplies).Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, reduce risks, and improve service levels.Partner with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.Monitor supplier performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.Create, review, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Conduct benchmarking and leverage market intelligence to drive procurement decisions and strategic category improvements.Foster supplier relationships to align with business goals while addressing challenges proactively.Track and report on KPIs to measure the results of sourcing initiatives and cost savings.Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs by developing specifications and scopes of work.Ensure vendors comply with industry regulations (e.g., GxPs) while maintaining operational and financial efficiency.
