Sr. Cost Accountant

🚨 NOW HIRING: Sr. Cost Accountant | Duncan / Greer, SC | Up to $100K 🚨

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturer in the Duncan / Greer corridor to add a Senior Cost Accountant to their team. This is a high-visibility role with excellent mentorship and a supportive boss/team culture.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Perform standard costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and FP& A
• Provide insights into cost drivers that impact profitability
• Support month-end close and continuous process improvements

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA a plus)
• 3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills — able to turn data into actionable insights

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)

3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong background in FP& A, variance analysis, and margin reporting

Solid understanding of GAAP and standard costing

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to leadership
