As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. If interested, call 818.884.3888 to schedule your interview.• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements• Perform cost accounting functions, including analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, and providing insights to improve cost efficiency• Manage inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and inventory control• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department managers to develop accurate projections• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support as needed• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
