Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive customer success by leading solution design, implementation, and integration initiatives. This role focuses on helping clients translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions using our platform, APIs, and integrations with other systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions that maximize customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy custom solutions leveraging APIs and integrations.
• Lead client engagements involving custom development and technical consulting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Translate business needs into technically sound, scalable solutions.
• Participate in design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide governance and oversight for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and extensibility scenarios.
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices to enhance solution adoption and value.
• Assess solution feasibility and cost to support sales initiatives.
• Review and validate designs produced by other team members.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvements or new offerings.

Qualifications:



• 3 years hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.
• Deep understanding of web-based technologies and SaaS platform benefits and use cases.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, design patterns, and scalable, performance-driven solutions.
• Experience with data integration tools and connecting SaaS applications to other business systems (ETL, CRM, BI).
• Familiarity with object-oriented analysis, database design, and software development (.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, NodeJS).
• Experience with large-scale web or client-server systems, or full software lifecycle projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with platform authentication methods (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Strong understanding of release management, version control, and deployment best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 50%) based on client needs.
