Full-Stack Engineer – Build Something New with the Best of Both Worlds

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the entire technology stack—leveraging Dart/Flutter, React, and Java—to bring new consumer-facing products to life. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features from concept to production, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful product features
• Build mobile applications using Flutter and web applications using React.js
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Participate in product discovery, user research, and feedback loops
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Contribute to product roadmaps and help prioritize technical initiatives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for engineering best practices
What You Bring:
• 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or product-focused software development
• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter for mobile development
• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid backend development skills using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices
• Exposure to GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets is a plus
• A passion for user experience and product design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
