ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to work on dynamic projects and contribute to meaningful solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and practical experience in vulnerability response and Qualys data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ERP and CRM solutions to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and address vulnerability issues using Qualys data.

• Create and maintain client-side scripting to enhance system functionality.

• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents to streamline project workflows.

• Configure systems and manage changes to ensure seamless integration.

• Design and develop APIs to facilitate data exchange and system interoperability.

• Provide hands-on support for Salesforce development projects.

• Conduct regular evaluations to ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP and CRM modules.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP and CRM development.

• Proven expertise in vulnerability response and working with Qualys data.

• Strong proficiency in client-side scripting.

• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents.

• Experience in configuration management and system integration.

• Demonstrated skills in API development and implementation.

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
