Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations, including estimated tax payments.
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax issues, legislation changes, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Maintain and update tax records and documentation for internal and external reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA required.

- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
