Senior Financial Planning and Analysis

The Senior FP& A Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts; provide clear explanations and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, highlighting trends and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to understand drivers and improve financial performance.
• Support long-range planning and strategic projects, including M& A analysis and capital investment evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in FP& A.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience: 5 years in FP& A, corporate finance, or related roles; experience in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
