Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee general ledger transactions and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of accounting experience, with exposure to full-cycle accounting functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
