About the Role

This role supports approximately 10 attorneys and reports to a Securities Litigation Partner. The team includes one additional paralegal in New York, with additional support from a paralegal based in the Delaware office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, AlphaSense, and other platforms
• Proofread, cite-check, and fact-check briefs, complaints, and other legal documents
• Prepare, finalize, and file legal documents, including filings via NYCEF
• Assist with retrieval of rules and regulations
• Organize and track case files and maintain reference files
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings (including scheduling, coordinating with outside counsel and vendors, and preparing exhibits)
• Maintain time entries in iTimeKeep

ualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of plaintiff-side class action and securities litigation experience
• Strong experience with cite-checking and Bluebooking
• Excellent research skills using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court websites
• Superior proofreading, grammar, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Experience creating Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Class action experience is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
