This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record in SEC reporting.Responsibilities:• Prepare and file SEC documents, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings in compliance with U.S. regulations.• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of external reporting processes and related documentation.• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and investor relations, to ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures.• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, addressing SEC-related inquiries and audit requests.• Stay updated on changes in SEC regulations and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes.• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare detailed memos on complex transactions impacting financial reporting.• Support or lead special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restatements, or other corporate initiatives.• Establish and uphold robust internal controls to ensure compliance with external reporting standards.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.• Extensive experience managing SEC reporting in large financial services or public company settings.• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. SEC regulations, financial statement preparation, and disclosure requirements.• Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Workiva.• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.• Strong communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving business environments.• Expertise in technical accounting and preparing documentation for complex transactions.
