As a Scheduler Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless scheduling and communication processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Coordination: Proactively assist schedulers with customer interactions throughout the scheduling process, including setting up appointments, providing reminders, and confirming details.
• Customer Guidance: Offer clear instructions on pre-job requirements, such as inspection deadlines, required physical work, new meter account setup, and other necessary preparations.
• Appointment Management: Schedule customer appointments and maintain accurate communication logs for weekly reporting.
• Order Processing: Close work orders as requested by schedulers and assist in resolving job holds once verified.
• Bundling Support: Process bundled job cards and assist in creating work packets as needed.
• IVR Scheduling: Create Interactive Voice Response (IVR) appointments for customer convenience.
• Temporary Interruptions: Schedule and manage temporary disconnects and interruptions as needed.
• Property Damage Claims: Monitor and update property damage claims using WATTS, investigate claims, and schedule work if liability is determined.
• Team Assistance: Provide additional support to schedulers and assist in miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in customer service and scheduling coordination (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with job scheduling processes and systems (a plus).
