Sales Support

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team in West Hartford, Connecticut. In this contract role, you will play a critical part in assisting financial representatives with operational tasks and client-focused initiatives to ensure their success in meeting business objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality support within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
• Assist financial representatives with maintaining compliant client files and ensuring all correspondence is appropriately managed.
• Coordinate the preparation of sales materials, meeting kits, and pre-sale packages to support client interactions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with financial representatives to review progress and provide guidance.
• Oversee the underwriting process, including application submission, scheduling medical exams, and monitoring case statuses.
• Support investment account setup, funds disbursement, and account transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate marketing activities, including the creation of detail-oriented profiles, business cards, and email signatures.
• Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs and life stages.
• Manage client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Provide coaching and guidance to financial representatives to enhance productivity and time management.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve office-wide processes.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial situations and portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in managing operational tasks such as order entry, inbound/outbound sales, and post-sales support.
• Commitment to ongoing development, including obtaining relevant licenses and certifications.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Familiarity with financial services operations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
