Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract to permanent basis in St. Rose, Louisiana. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks while providing exceptional support to both visitors and internal staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and faxing.

• Communicate directly with mortgage companies to coordinate necessary paperwork.

• Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Provide support to other team members on a variety of projects as needed.

• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-organized.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in conducting internet research efficiently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and precision.
