Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on an overnight contract basis in Brunswick, Georgia. This role involves supporting an IT company by ensuring smooth communication through multi-line phone systems. The position requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring courteous and efficient communication.

• Operate and maintain a switchboard system.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records.

• Utilize tools such as Avaya systems to streamline phone operations.

• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and adhere to company policies at all times.

• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented setting.

• Availability to work overnight hours as outlined in the contract.

• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards.

• Familiarity with Avaya systems or similar phone management tools.

• Strong communication skills and courteous phone etiquette.

• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a secure environment with access control protocols.

• Capable of maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor under varying workloads.
