Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Imperial, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing front desk operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up spaces for meetings and events.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and updating records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Monitor and address inquiries or issues that arise at the front desk.
• Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while managing sensitive information.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain detail oriented in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
