This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at multitasking.Responsibilities:• Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are addressed or redirected appropriately.• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.• Process invoices related to shipping orders and purchases with accuracy and attention to detail.• Step into other roles as needed to support team operations and maintain workflow continuity.• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a detail-oriented manner.• Assist team members as they transition into new roles within the organization.• Carry out general administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations.• Previous experience performing receptionist duties in a detail-oriented environment.• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system, including switchboard operations for up to 10 lines.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.• Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain organized records.• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving inquiries promptly.• Adaptability to take on varied responsibilities and support team transitions.
