Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient front-office operations. Responsibilities:
• Manage and answer a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and effectively organize files for easy access.
• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated.
• Provide support in creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Assist in general administrative tasks to support the overall functionality of the office.
• Proficiency in handling a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
• Competence in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate calendars with attention to detail.
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
