This role involves overseeing shipping and receiving operations while supporting accounting and billing functions to ensure seamless transactions. Responsibilities:
• Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely deliveries.
• Support accounts receivable processes, including billing and collection activities.
• Utilize accounting software systems to process and reconcile financial data.
• Handle B2B collection efforts to maintain strong client relationships.
• Process data efficiently and accurately to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.
• Use Coupa and other relevant platforms to facilitate procurement and invoicing tasks.
• Conduct audits to verify accuracy in billing and shipping processes.
• Maintain organized records for all transactions and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
