Robert Half is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the testing and validation of software systems, ensuring high-quality performance across web, mobile, and healthcare-focused platforms. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while improving testing processes and delivering reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage quality assurance activities from initial requirements analysis to final product release, ensuring comprehensive testing for features and integrations.
• Develop and maintain detailed QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, mobile, and healthcare-related components.
• Conduct manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory tests, to identify potential issues and validate fixes.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Postman.
• Configure and manage test environments while handling data staging workflows to support accurate testing.
• Perform integration and end-to-end testing across clinical systems, billing platforms, patient portals, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, define acceptance criteria, and address client-reported bugs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific QA standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to QA team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, including CI/CD pipelines and release validation workflows.
• Proven expertise in healthcare SaaS platforms, including electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Practical experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience testing complex workflows, including e-prescribing, lab integrations, billing systems, and clinical forms.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security principles and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
