- Overseeing the unpackaging and repackaging of products for marketing needs.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to manage timelines and track progress.
- Providing customer service, resolving inquiries, and processing applications.
- Carrying out data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Implementing shipping functions as required.
- Organizing and managing files for efficient workflow.
- Scanning documents for digital record keeping.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to handle client queries and concerns effectively.
- Solid skills in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing timelines and schedules to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Experience in organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Proficiency in scanning documents and ensuring their proper storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with shipping functions, including packaging, labelling and tracking shipments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
