Payroll Specialist

Our client in the Sayreville area is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage essential payroll and financial tasks for their team.

This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday with standard business hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Weekly Payroll Taxes: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of payroll taxes
• Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports in compliance with company standards and regulations
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 3 yrs of payroll processing experience
• Previous experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of accounting software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
