We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large workforce in Edison, New Jersey. Responsibilities:
• Manage bi-weekly and weekly payroll processing for a workforce of over 3,000 employees.
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of two payroll staff members.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and payroll tax filings to maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and absence tracking systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with third-party payroll processors to guarantee seamless operations.
• Address ad hoc payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support organizational decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle payroll management.
• Expertise in handling payroll for large organizations with 500 employees.
• Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Proven ability to reconcile general ledger accounts and payroll taxes.
