Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Payroll Administrator to join our team in Mebane, North Carolina. This position focuses on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a multistate workforce while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and possess strong organizational skills to support a diverse employee base.

Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and labor laws.
• Maintain payroll records, handle wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and make necessary payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate data and address discrepancies effectively.
• Generate payroll reports for management and audits while supporting year-end tax activities, including W-2 processing.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates into payroll processes.
• Resolve issues within the Paylocity system and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information at all times.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, including multistate payroll processing.

• Hands-on experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

• Payroll certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in multi-entity payroll environment is a plus.
